Booking Guidelines & Terms

A few simple guidelines so every journey starts smoothly.

1.Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in advance with the required booking details.

2.Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of travel. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date may be subject to applicable charges.

3.Communication

For cancellations, changes, or any other booking-related matters, please contact us via WhatsApp.

4.Route & Itinerary Changes

If the customer wants to change route, destination or itinerary, they must inform us in advance.

5.Travel Details

Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, date, time and passenger details.

6.Additional Charges

Changes to route, extra stops, waiting time or additional services may incur additional charges.

7.Passenger Safety

Passengers must follow driver safety instructions and applicable road safety rules.
